Do More Feel Better
We’re seeking participants for a 9-week program based on research showing that increasing your participation in pleasurable and rewarding activities can lead to improvement in your depressive symptoms.
ADAPT
Looking for online counseling? The University of Washington, in partnership with Talk- space, is conducting a research study to determine the best methods for completing astudy on the effectiveness of digital psychotherapy. Participants will be asked to complete 12 weeks of either phone-based or text-based therapy as well as daily surveys about mood, activity level, and functioning, and can earn up to $125 for their participation.

Estamos buscando gente de 60 años o más interesados en un programa virtual que dura 9 semanas que se llama “Haga Más, Siéntase Mejor.” El objetivo del programa es ayuda mejorar su humor o síntomas de depresión. También estamos reclutando personas que están interesadas en ser consultores voluntarios para ayudar a otros con síntomas de depresión.
